COLLECTORS' CORNER

Paula Colette: "This show was so much fun. Many people visited for the first time, intrigued by the concept. There was only a little grumbling from our artists who came up with fantastic results and fascinating interpretations. Some of the works generated enough excitement that they persuaded people to now read the books! And of course, it was wonderful to sell so many great works. Next year: Chapter Two! "

Paula was born in New York City and raised in Belguim. Her art career began when she taught craft lessons to children in her parents' Forest Hills apartment complex when she was seven, and designed cards for her parents' party invitations in Brussels. With a degree in Fine Art from the University of Colorado Paula has been involved in galleries, painting and framing for more than twenty years. She works in pastels and watercolors and has sold her own works to collectors around the world.
